Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. She is most well-known for anchoring the CNN morning program At This Hour, Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. She had previously been a co-host for the CNN weekday Morning Programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been part of CNN s award-winning coverage of the 2016 and 2012 presidential election. Her previous experience includes working as an Washington DC based correspondent, covering each of the US House and Senate. Bolduan, as member of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on legislative cycles and congress events including negotiations to raise the limit on federal loans and Super Committee discussions. Bolduan has also worked as an assignment reporter covering general events like the 2009 Christmas Day bombing attempt the important Supreme Court decision on Obamacare and the implementation of Obamacare's stimulus program of the government in 2009. Her first assignment was with CNN Newsource as a National Correspondent in 2007.
