Ariel Winter, born Ariel Winter Workman (Janurary 28 1998) in Los Angeles California is an American actor, singer and voice-actor. Ariel Winter began her career as an actress at a young age, appearing in the Cool Whip advertisement when she was only six years old. In the age of seven, she landed her very first TV role in the CBS sitcom Listen Up! The next time she appeared on television, it was in Monk Bones, ER and various other television series. In 2007 was cast in the role of Gretchen on The Disney Original Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb. After two years, her appearance, she got a role as Alex Dunphy for the smash show on television called Modern Family. Together with other characters on Modern Family, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award four times, each time for outstanding performances of an Ensemble on a Comedy Series.
