Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco. She came to California at the age of five. She was raised mainly living in Orange County. The actress got her first taste of acting in the year 2015. In the same year, Sofia Pernas graduated from University of California San Diego. Pernas had a few appearances in NCIS and Leverage however she was able to land the part in the role of Marisa in The Young and the Restless. Following her departure from the soap-opera in 2016, the actress landed the role of a regular in Jane the Virgin as Catalina. The actress speaks four languages and has since appeared in The Brave with Hannah Rivera in addition to The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. From the year 2019 until 2020, she was Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly announced in May 20 that Pernas dated Justin Hartley who was her costar in The Young and the Restless. It was revealed that Chrishell Stause (the spouse of the This Is Us actor) left him in November 2019 and Pernas started dating Hartley. In May 2021, news was reported that Pernas Hartley has recently tied the knot in secret.
