Simone Biles

Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on March 14, 1997 in Ohio, Columbus. She is considered to be among the best gymnasts. Biles was the first female gymnast in history to have won four gold medals during the same Games. At Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to be the first woman ever to take home consecutive World All-around titles (2013-15). Biles grew up in Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her younger sister Adria were adopted by their grandparents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone was introduced to the sport of gymnastics through her teacher at daycare Aimee Borman when she was aged six. She was a student at Bannon's Gymnastix for eleven years. Biles took home the gold medal in the vault and floor exercises at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships before becoming an top competition levels in the year 2011.
